What items can be returned?

We offer a 100% guarantee on all of our products.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us at info@tryenerc.com or call 1.855.674.6676.  You will need to cover the cost of shipping back to us.  Once received we will provide a full refund. 

What items can be exchanged?

We are always happy to provide an exchange as opposed to a refund.

What products are non-refundable?

Any items purchased through another website or retail must be returned to that point of purchased.   If the product is not defective and you have consumed more than 15% of the product.

When can things be returned?

Items can be returned within 60 days of purchase.
